Every piece of Gold and Silver jewelry we sell has been hallmarked at the Assay Office in Dublin Castle. The Assay office independently verifies that the Jewelry we sell meets the standards as advertised. This office was set up in 1637 and ensures expected standards are met.

I WANT TO KNOW THE DIMENSIONS OR CHAIN LENGTH OF A PARTICULAR PIECE ?

We have all the measurements of each piece on file and are constantly updating our website. If you to know the dimensions of a particular piece please email us at service@emeraldislejewelry.com. Do not hesitate to ask us anything and it is our policy to respond to every query.

CAN I HAVE A PERSONAL MESSAGE ENGRAVED ON MY PIECE ?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer an inscription service. The main reason is we would be unable to exchange or accept a return if a piece had a personal inscription on it. We recommend making sure the piece is suitable and then getting a local jeweler to carry out the inscription.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE ?

Yes of course. We have a 21 Day return policy. This of course is extended for the Christmas and Valentines period and can be also extended for other special occasions, please email for details. If you wish to send a piece back for a refund we would only be able to refund you for the items only and not be able to refund you for any shipping charges incurred. If you wish to exchange a piece  this of course is no problem but we would have to charge you for the return shipping. Any exchange or refunds for good or goods valued at over $1500 will incur a 20% restocking fee. WHY IS YOUR WEBSITE NOT ACCEPTING MY CREDIT CARD ?

WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO SPELL JEWELRY/JEWELLERY ?

Both spellings are correct. In the US and Canada it is normally spelled Jewelry. In Ireland the UK and most other English speaking countries it is spelled Jewellery.
